Structural sections — angles, channels, I-beams and H-beams — fabricated and hot-dip galvanized to length, with sections up to 27 ft dipped in a single pass with no splices.
Overview
Every steel structure starts with sections, and every section we touch ends up galvanized. Our kettle accepts structural members up to 27 ft (8.2 m) in one dip, so columns, beams and truss chords keep their full length with no joints to corrode. For longer members, we design two-piece assemblies that bolt together after dipping.
We drill holes, cut copes and weld attachments before galvanizing — then vent closed sections so the zinc flows through and coats the inside as well. The result is a structural member you can bolt straight into place on site, with a certified ASTM A123 coating and no field touch-up required.

Galvanizing Process Notes
Closed sections like box columns and hollow beams must be vented or they can rupture under the pressure of expanding air inside a 450°C zinc bath. We design venting and drain holes into every fabrication, dip long members at the correct angle for full internal drainage, and verify internal coating on open-ended sections before sign-off.

Pricing
