Overview
Hollow sections are double trouble in corrosion terms: the outside is exposed to weather, and the inside can hold moisture that rusts from within. Our dipping process coats both surfaces — molten zinc floods the bore and drains out, leaving an internal protective layer that a brush or spray can never match.
We handle everything from small ½" conduits to large-diameter poles and structural hollow sections. Racking is designed per batch so every tube drains cleanly, no air locks form, and threaded ends and fittings are protected per ASTM A153.

- ERW or seamless, cut to length, ends chamfered or threaded
- Internal and external zinc coating in one dip
- Vent and drain holes positioned by our engineers

- Sections up to 27 ft in a single dip

Galvanizing Process Notes
Tubes trap air when dipped horizontally, so we rack them with a deliberate tilt and pre-drill vent holes at the high end. Zinc then floods the full bore, drains cleanly, and leaves a smooth internal coating with no blisters — the reason our tubular work holds up in coastal Karachi salt air.

Pricing
