Overview
A mezzanine is the fastest way to double usable floor space inside an existing building. We take the project from concept: structural design and load calculations, member sizing, fabrication, hot-dip galvanizing of every component, and a bolt-together assembly package your own team can erect.
Every member is galvanized — columns, beams, decking, stair stringers and handrails — so the structure needs no painting and no maintenance for decades, even in humid or coastal environments. Decking is your choice of steel grating or chequered plate, both dipped after fabrication.

Galvanizing Process Notes
Mezzanines are engineered for bolt-together assembly: connection plates are welded and drilled in the bay, then the whole kit is galvanized. On site, members bolt up with galvanized fasteners — no welding, no paint, no bare spots, and a structure you can legally load to its design capacity immediately.

Pricing
