Overview
Handrails are a safety item, so we build them to code: 1100 mm balustrade heights, correct intermediate rails, toe boards where required and fixing flanges sized for your substrate. We site-measure before fabrication so every rake, bend and landing fits first time.
Because a railing is one continuous welded assembly, it must be galvanized as one piece — dipping after fabrication means the welds, mitred corners and cut ends all receive the same zinc coating. No touch-up patches, no paint chips, no rust trails down your new parapet.

Galvanizing Process Notes
Long rail runs can exceed kettle length, so we split them at design stage — joints land on posts with sleeved or bolted connections that go together cleanly after dipping. Every set is trial-assembled in our bay before galvanizing, so what arrives on site fits like the drawing.

Pricing
