Overview
Steel stairs carry people, and people expect them to be safe for 25 years. We build to your exact rise, run and headroom, with grating or chequered treads, landings, toe boards and handrails all included. Each stair is jig-welded so every step lands true, then hot-dip galvanized as a complete assembly.
Because we galvanize after welding, treads, stringers and handrail connections share one continuous protective coating — no welds left bare, no field painting. Access platforms over tanks, silos and machines get the same treatment, with ladder or stair access as you prefer.

Galvanizing Process Notes
Stairs are welded in jigs to keep geometry exact, then dipped whole. Long runs are split at landings — a natural joint line — so each section fits the kettle and bolts back together on site. Treads are specified for slip resistance: serrated grating or chequered plate, both galvanized after cutting.

Pricing
