Overview
Gates take a beating: hinges, locks, children, weather, and in Karachi, salt air. We build gates as welded assemblies — not bolted frames with painted welds — then hot-dip galvanize the complete unit so the welds and cut ends carry the same zinc coating as the rest of the frame.
For the final finish we offer duplex protection: galvanizing plus a powder-coat top coat in your colour. If the paint gets scratched, the zinc underneath keeps working. Hinges, locks and hardware are specified per ASTM A153 so the moving parts corrode as slowly as the frame.

Galvanizing Process Notes
Big gate leaves are dipped with diagonal rigging so zinc drains off the face without pooling, then quenched flat to stop warping. Wheels, tracks and hinges are galvanized or stainless, and automation gear is fitted after coating so the drive train never sees the bath.
