Welded mesh panels, window grills and partition screens — welded first, galvanized second, and optionally powder-coated over the zinc for double-layer protection.
Overview
Welded mesh is only as good as its welds, and welds are bare steel until they are protected. We fabricate panels and rolls in-house — wire mesh welding, edge framing and hinge/lock preparation — then hot-dip galvanize the complete unit so welds, cut wire ends and frames all receive the same certified coating.
For grills and screens that face the weather, we recommend duplex protection: hot-dip galvanizing for the base coat and a powder-coat top coat in any RAL colour. The zinc protects even where the paint is scratched — a genuine 25-year system.

Galvanizing Process Notes
Wire mesh must be welded into a stable panel before dipping — loose or springy wire distorts in the bath. We jig and tack every panel, dip it, then inspect weld integrity and coating coverage. The result is a rigid, rattle-free grill that will not rust at the welds, the failure point of cheap painted mesh.
